Just 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Porthcawl and the Glamorganshire Heritage Coastline, the Heronston sits in mature gardens close to numerous castles and St Fagans National History Museum.

All rooms are en suite with tea and coffee making facilities, and guests have free use of the leisure suite, which includes a heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room. The Heronston also boasts a fully-equipped gym.

The Crane Restaurant serves fresh, local specialities and offers an extensive wine list, whilst the newly refurbished Ewennys Bar & Grill serves light meals and beverages. Best Western Premier Heronston Hotel & Spa can also offer hot breakfasts and room service and up to 2 children 12 years and under can eat breakfast for free when sharing with 2 adults who have purchased breakfast.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:30.

Our Jacuzzi is currently out of action. Pool and Gym time slots must be booked with reception on arrival. Guests aged 16 years and under have special access times to the hotels Leisure Club & Spa between 7am-9am and between 5pm-7pm. When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We only accept pets in some of our Deluxe Double Rooms with Sofa Bed. Please enquire for availability before booking. There is a £10.00 per pet per night charge. Our Restaurant will be closed on Friday & Saturday nights during December due to Functions. 24th to 26th December and 1st January there will be limited evening food service. "Festive Celebrations" may be audible during this period. On New Years Eve our Restaurant is closed and there will be no meals available after 6pm. On New Years Day our bed & breakfast ratesbrunch served from 9am-11am. We hold events and functions at the hotel and party celebrations may be audible at times.
