Beaumont Guest House- Free Private Parking & Off-Site Health Centre Access - Adults Only - Windermere

The 5-star Beaumont House is a Victorian property featuring many original features with a tranquil location, just metres from the heart of Windermere. It offers delicious cooked breakfasts, free Wi-Fi and free private parking, less than 10 minutes walk away from Windermere Railway Station.

Our rooms are sure to be desirable for any visitor of the lakes. Our lounge is no exception, equipped with comfy sofas and an honesty bar.

Please be advised that your accommodation stay only includes a cold continental breakfast with a good selection of granolas and jams, toast, tea, coffee, berries, fruits, fruit salads, juices, and yogurts, in addition to more than six Corn Flex variations and much more.

You can upgrade to an a la carte breakfast, which includes a hot, organic, or free-range breakfast with local produce created to order depending on your needs and tastes, for an extra £10 per person per day.


Please note: The Health Center islocated on the property; it is off-site, just a 5-minute drive from Beaumont House.

The last entry is accepted 30 minutes before closing time.
You will need to bring your towel.
As the health center is a collaborating partner, we have no control over their opening or closing times.
They may close without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Beaumont House holds no liability for lost or damaged property while using the Health Center’s facilities.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:30.

Please note that Beaumont House is for adults only and cannot accept guests under the age of 16.

Please note that the property cannot accept bookings of more than 3 rooms together.

The property doeshave a 24 hour Reception. Guests wishing to check in after 18:00 must have written agreement from the property prior to arrival.

A surcharge of£25 applies for arrivals at 18:00 - 20:00 and £45 at 20:00 - 22:00.requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please be aware that £5 will be deducted from the total amount charged on your card, rather than the whole amount.
We will deduct the remaining £5 from your reservation upon arrival using a chip and pin (only); identification and the original payment card are required.
In the event that a card and identity arepresent, we reserve the right to refuse entrance, and the entire amount that you paid is non-refundable.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
